Check-in and Check-out

Check-in at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.

Identification and Age Requirements

All guests are required to present a valid photo ID at check-in. The minimum age for independent check-in is 18 years.

Payment and Deposits

A valid credit card or cash deposit is required at check-in to cover room charges and incidentals. Some rate plans may require full prepayment or advance authorization.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the selected rate. Flexible bookings generally allow cancellation without charge if done 24–48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates are charged in full and cannot be changed.

Children and Extra Beds

Children of all ages are welcome. Extra beds and baby cots can be provided upon request, based on availability. Some room types may have capacity limitations for additional bedding.
